A doula provides emotional and physical comfort and support before, during, and after labor and childbirth. A doula can also provide some information and guidance, and can sometimes be a go-between between you and the hospital staff.

Labor Support

I am here to be an informed and empowering support - emotionally and physically throughout your pregnancy, labor, delivery, and early postpartum.
Support for every stage of becoming:
Seed → Rooted → Bloom

Birth Doula Support Packages

Seed — $1000

For families wanting education, planning, and postpartum preparation without in-person birth support.

Includes:

  • 2 prenatal sessions (virtual or in person)
    (60–90 minutes each)

  • 1 virtual postpartum planning session
    (1 hour)

  • birth + postpartum resources

  • 1 in-home postpartum visit
    (1 hour)

  • Light text/email support during pregnancy

This package does not include:
Birth attendance
On-call labor support
Continuous labor support

Rooted — $2,500

Grounded, continuous support through pregnancy, labor, birth, and early postpartum.

Includes:

  • 2 prenatal sessions (virtual or in person)
    (60–90 minutes each)

  • 1 virtual postpartum planning session
    (1 hour)

  • birth + postpartum resources

  • Continuous labor + birth support

  • On-call support from 38–42 weeks

  • 1 postpartum visit
    (1 hours)

  • Light text/email support throughout pregnancy

Bloom — $3,000

Holistic birth and postpartum support rooted in care, ritual, preparation, and community.

Includes:
- Everything in the Planted Birth Support Package, plus:
- One 4-hour in-home postpartum transition support shift
- New Parent Blessing Ceremony
- 1 Reiki session
(prenatal or postpartum)

Choice of:
- 1 virtual breastfeeding preparation session
- Nesting Party Planning Kit and prep session

Expanded emotional + transition support during the postpartum period. 

 

Postpartum Support

 

As a postpartum doula, I am trained to support your family in the transition of welcoming your child home generally within the first few months of this transition.
I also support you in creating a postpartum plan.
Postpartum Support Could Include:

  • infant care

  • sibling support

  • light cleaning

  • meal Prep

  • emotional support

  • resources/referrals

  • lactation support within scope of practice

It’s never too early or too late to find postpartum support.

Birth Planning Consultation
